Ingredients

Half a cup of fresh butter
Half a clove of garlic
Tablespoon parsley furred
Teaspoon lemon juice
Salt, pepper .
Method

Leave the butter out of the refrigerator half an hour before use.
Peel and finely mince garlic with parsley.
