Authority beets and beans
Ingredients
2 cups boiled beets
1 cup red beans
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup Rob
How to prepare
Mix beans and beets with some of them and add the vinegar and sugar.
In another bowl, mix mayonnaise with yogurt.
Presentation in a bowl, put beans, beetroot mixture and then add the yogurt with the mayonnaise.
Decorated with pieces of sugar beet section lengthwise.
